提升民办高校教师归属感的策略研究

摘要: 随着我国高等教育体系中民办教育机构数量的不断增长,民办高校教师的职业发展和心理状态已成为影响学校教学质量和长远发展的重要因素之一。本文旨在探究影响民办高校教师归属感的关键因素,并提出相应的提升策略。研究发现,薪酬福利、职业发展机会、有限的管理制度和职业发展空间是影响教师归属感的主要方面。因此,提升教师归属感的措施可以有效提高民办高校教师队伍的整体满意度和归属感,从而促进整个民办教育行业的健康发展。
Abstract: With the continuous growth of the number of private education institutions in my country's higher education system, the career development and psychological state of teachers in private universities have become one of the important factors affecting the teaching quality and long-term development of schools. This paper aims to explore the key factors affecting the sense of belonging of teachers in private universities and propose corresponding improvement strategies. The study found that salary and benefits, career development opportunities, limited management systems and career development space are the main aspects affecting teachers' sense of belonging. Therefore, measures to improve teachers' sense of belonging can effectively improve the overall satisfaction and sense of belonging of the private university faculty, thereby promoting the healthy development of the entire private education industry.
