摘要: 精细化管理模式下，实现了各个环节的“精细化”，大大提高了管理效率，是建筑施工企业科学化、规范化、综合性的管理方法。通过精准定位、细化目标、量化考核，实现对施工过程的有效管理，确保施工项目有序推进。基于此，为了提升建筑施工项目管理水平，本文首先简述了当前建筑施工管理中存在的问题，然后分析了精细化管理措施。

Abstract: Under the refined management model, the "refined" management of each link is realized, which greatly improves the management efficiency. It is a scientific, standardized and comprehensive management method for construction enterprises. Through precise positioning, detailed goals and quantitative assessment, effective management of the construction process is achieved to ensure the orderly progress of construction projects. Based on this, in order to improve the level of construction project management, this paper first briefly describes the problems existing in the current construction management, and then analyzes the refined management measures.
