摘要: 武术健康教育是传承优秀文化的价值体现。学校武术的系统发展事关中华优秀传统文化的传承与发展，也是地方民族文化教育与传播的重要手段。普通高校是传承民族文化的主体，转变和落实传统文化教育现状必须强化学校武术在教育领域的科学发展观。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对普通高校武术健康教育的研究现状进行分析，以“健康第一”思想为根本遵循，以教育部新颁布的《国家普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》和《大学生体质健康标准》为依据，通过武术在普通高校体育教学中的重要作用，探讨普通高校武术教学的新体系。实现学校体育的健康促进，突出学校体育在学生个性发展中的作用，达到学校体育促进学生科学自主锻炼的目的。

Abstract: Wushu health education is the embodiment of the value of inheriting excellent culture. The systematic development of school martial arts is related to the inheritance and development of China's excellent traditional culture, and is also an important means of local ethnic cultural education and dissemination. Ordinary colleges and universities are the main body of inheriting national culture. To transform and implement the current status of traditional cultural education, it is necessary to strengthen the scientific development concept of school martial arts in the field of education. This paper uses research methods such as literature and data method and logical analysis method to analyze the current status of research on martial arts health education in ordinary colleges and universities. Based on the idea of ??"health first", and based on the newly promulgated "National Ordinary College Physical Education Course Teaching Guidelines" and "Physical Health Standards for College Students" by the Ministry of Education, through the important role of martial arts in physical education teaching in ordinary colleges and universities, a new system of martial arts teaching in ordinary colleges and universities is explored. Realize the healthy promotion of school sports, highlight the role of school sports in the development of students' personality, and achieve the purpose of school sports promoting students' scientific and independent exercise.
